Jeannie Dobney is an independent consultant specialising in Oracle Applications. She has worked in the IT industry for over 15 years and successfully fulfilled a broad range of roles including implementing Oracle Applications and managing implementation projects.
Jeannie’s key skills are in Oracle technology. Her initial skill base was in SQL, PL/SQL, Forms and Reports. After completing an M.B.A. focused on accounting, Jeannie has moved into the implementation of the Oracle eBusiness Suite.
Jeannie specialises in Oracle Projects but also has in depth knowledge
of Oracle General Ledger, FSG’s, ADI, Fixed Assets, System
Administration, Multi-Org Architecture and Discoverer. This is
complemented by a good working knowledge of Accounts Receivable,
Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Cash Management, iProcurement, iExpenses,
Alerts / Workflow, Inventory and Order Management.
Additional IT skills include a working knowledge of web-development technologies including HTML and Java.
Jeannie holds a Quality Management certificate and has successfully implemented a Quality Management System to ISO 9002 specifications. Her consulting experience includes both private and public organisations and extends beyond IT systems to general consulting i.e. business planning, knowledge management, human resource management and organisational learning.
